FaceWook Terms of Service

1. Using FaceWook

FaceWook provides Kentucky music listings, account features and AI chat. To use chat, you must agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Otherwise, do not use chat; public listings remain available to browse. Protect your account and sign-in links. You are responsible for your submissions. Do not violate the law or others' rights, impersonate others, abuse the service or bypass access limits.

2. Listings and AI

Listings and AI answers may be wrong or outdated. Verify dates, prices, availability and restrictions with the venue or seller. FaceWook does not sell tickets or control third-party sites, events or refunds. The assistant cannot buy tickets or act on your behalf.

3. Your content and memory

Conversations are saved with your account. Honcho processes them for memory; OpenRouter and its model providers process messages, relevant history and remembered context to generate replies. New chats do not erase past chats or memory. There is no self-service memory-off or deletion control. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

You retain your rights in submissions and permit their storage, processing and use to operate the service, including by these providers. Submissions intended for public listings or profiles may be published; chat is not a public submission.

4. Service and liability limits

We may limit, change, suspend or discontinue features or access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaceWook is provided "as is" and "as available," without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, security, data retention or support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaceWook and its operators are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including reliance on listings or AI answers, lost data, lost profits or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

5. Updates and contact

Updated terms will carry a new version and effective date; chat requires acceptance of the current documents. Questions and privacy requests: info@facewook.com. Mandatory legal rights and response duties still apply.
